And do we imagine this situation has improved? With farmers being paid to put only three minerals back into the soil, then no, the situation has not improved. If nutrients are not in our soil, they are not in our food. No matter what others would try and have us believe.

If we have a bank account and we constantly draw out more money than we put into it, we are going to have a problem. It is exactly the same with our energy fields. No Trace of Minerals

It's no secret that modern methods of agriculture have stripped the average diet of essential nutrients. As today's farmers grow bumper crops of produce, their use of chemical pesticides and artificial fertilisers merely improves the appearance and increases the size of their yield. But an abundant harvest fails to compensate for nutrient-depleted food.

Years of cultivating the same farmlands have slowly drained the soil of essential nutrients. Air pollution and toxic chemicals, generated by man-made pesticides and chemical fertilisers, damage the soil by killing vital microorganisms, or otherwise retarding their ability to break down and release nutrients and minerals present in the soil. This further reduces the soil's ability to produce nutritious food. Never before has the human race been so well fed, yet so nutrient starved.

Eating foods low in nutrients often means that many essential minerals are missing at the dinner table. Such a menu lacks the life-sustaining ingredients necessary for good health. Rich in Minerals
